When you are walking to the main entrance from the car park along the lane you drove in on, you will pass a room on your right - that is where we meet, but you have to go into the main bar and turn right along a corridor to reach it!

but do get a drink at the bar as you are passing, as there is no bar in the room we meet.
Also, sometimes the hotel uses our room for private events in which case we will all be hanging about in the bar before being redirected, or just ask the barstaff where we are. [:D]
it all sounds complicated but it isn’t really!
