I’m aware that changes are being made to posting replies in sales posts. Think this may be linked.
I have a post in the for sale section and have had buyers reporting PMs getting through.
Description of the problem.
A prospective buyer sends me a PM enquiring.
I send a PM reply giving payment details.
The buyer makes the payment and then replies to my payment details PM giving their address.
I don’t receive the message. The following day the buyer receives notification that their message cannot be delivered.
Could a forum admin or other behind the scenes send me a test PM from the sales post below to perform a test.
