Another great set of meal choices today and I have added those all to the spreadsheet, a copy of which has been inserted in Post #1 - many thanks and as alwaysâŠkeepâem coming 
Also, please check I have noted your choices correctly!!!
Today, I phoned the George Inn and chatted to Ben (Mine Host & Landlord) and paid a ÂŁ100 deposit to secure and make our booking firm 
The following items were also discussed with Ben to finalise them, as follows;
a) Meal are choices coming in fast and the drop-dead date was agreed of 22nd November to submit the meal choices and also to pay the ÂŁ10 per head deposit balance.
NB: This was agreed between us, as we wanted to have monies in hand, just in case anyone wished to pull out of the Christmas Meal for any reason.
b) Parking on The George Inn field - The gate will be opened for our arrival at 12:00 noon, so we can drive in and Ben will mark with a cone in the area where he would like us to parkâŠ
c) Mal to produce an A3 copy of the Spreadsheet, in addition oto the A4 copy that will be emailed to them on the 22nd November, to give the waiting staff, so they can annotate each persons entry with any extrasâs and check off final balance payments for each individual.
d) Members to buy drinks, Beer, Wine etc, as they go and pay by card, or Smartphone App.
e) TIPS - I will obtain a Pint Beer Jug from the bar which will be passed around everyone for thwem to put cash tips in - This worked well at The Bird in Hand and Ben was happy for us to do this at The George Inn also. - DONT FORGET TO BRING COINS AND NOTES FOR TIPS WITH YOU AS ITS EASILY FORGOTTEN IN THIS CASHLESS SOCIETY WE NOW LIVE IN 
Timings for the day;
On the day, we will rendevous at: Morrisons, Lakesmere Rd, Waterlooville PO8 9FB
Rendezvous Time: 10:45 Coffee and Toilet Facilities available in Morrisons Store.
Departure Time: 11:30 PROMPT!!!
Arrival Time at The George Inn, Finchdean: 12:00 or just before.
To be seated by 12:15 in the Convservatory and starters will be served at 12:30

I have checked with Ben ref Side Dishes and Extraâs and he has emailed me this morning to say;
*"Morning Mal *
*All dishes will come with potatoes on the plate, vegetables will be served in dishes for the table. *
*Thatâs great to hear so far with orders! *
However, if people want any of the sides they are ÂŁ4 each dish extra".
So, please be sure if you want any side dishes as the cost could soon mount up!
I will record sides in the âSIDE ORDERSâ coumn on the spreadheet for clarity

Todays menu choices have been added to the spreadhseet and this are given in Post #1.
Please check I have recorded your choices correctly on the spreadhseet, as the date to submit the choices is fast approaching.
Please pay particular attention to whether you want gravy or not ,with some of the meals and also any side orders, which are at an extra cost on the menu.

Hi Everyone,
For some reason the system would not let me post the spreadhseet in Post#1, so here it is in all its glory with everyone having paid and got their meal orders in. So a big thank you to you all for that
Please check your individual entries to ensure they are logged correctly, as I will be subintting them very soon. Also, give consideration as to whether you want any extra sides such as Pigs in Blankets, or Cauliflower Cheese, as they come in at extra cost!
