Suggest a fast road route for me please

I’m meeting a TT-owning mate this evening for a drive out from his neck of the woods in Crawley to the Sussex/Hants countryside.

Any suggestions please of recommended routes for me to show off the NB’s flair at legal speeds?

I’ve done the A22 down to the south coast before, so was thinking that to start with, head over to Beachy Head/Birling Gap for a South Downs country lane loop back up through Hants. Seem to recall mention of a great cliff top/hilly sweeping road down there but can’t find anything using the search.
