I will be up for that, I think my timing belt is due to be changed so if possible I would like to do that. Also while I’m there I will have the wheel alignment done.
I was going to do a gear-shift boots change, but I couldn’t wait and did it anyway. If anyone else is doing this I can offer advice, and use of a turkey baster!
Wouldn’t mind changing the rear axle and gearbox oil if somebody can lend a hand, tools, expertise…Not desperate however if we want to concentrate on bigger jobs as was proposed.
That reminds me, I think my tyres need a drop of air!
I’d love to come to this again, need to change my diff oil! Is anyone doing that paint correction stuff this time? I had to go home before it started, would be interesting to watch!
I had my polisher and bits and pieces with me last time. Quite frankly time limits being what they were it was really a ‘buff it up’ session really. I do not, for one minute, consider myself experienced in the ways of correction (no comments please!) but would certainly not mind bringing my bits along so you can have a look and to have a go if time / space allows! To achieve results that some do you would need to spend at least all day on the car. Bear in mind that before the car can be touched it needs to be as clean as possible; it really would not be possible or practical to start washing cars around the workshop.
