Under bonnet cleaning,competition

under my 5’s bonnet was immaculate when i got the car, but driving around in the current climate has made it very grubby, when it gets closer to summer i plan to clean it up again, can anyone give me some useful hints / products etc on how to do this well!?

cheers!

charlie

If  i told you my secrets…i would have to kill you, plus not everyone would agree with the way i do it,but the end result is unbelievable, just ask the owners that have dropped on my doors.

And maybe they will post some pic’s and i may share with youWink

Regards

I had mine serviced by wayne and he steam cleaned the bonnet using water and something else, the difference was so clean!  Its worth having it steam cleaned.  Well worth having it done in the spring or summer.

Wayne,  Would A…lym have anything to do with it? Come clean and tell, so to speak.Cool

 NoThumbs Down

Ian

Yours only needs a duster???

Right if any one can guess…

A)What product i use and how i use it???

B)what cleaning untensils i use and how???

C)What equipment i use and how???

D)what precautions you take???(not the health and safty side) engine/electrics etc

I will(,Andrew at autolinkuk.co.uk as offered to but forward a service pack FREE also for the owner and car model/year to the person that guesses it right???which means you will only need to supply oil and antifreeze)service your mx/roadster for FREE,including a full brake strip down and rebuild, and an engine clean as well(this does not include a cam belt change or water pump),but only for owners locally to manchester or who can drive her here for it,if it turns out to be someone further afield,i’ll find something for you and post it,this will come out of my pocket,as the Co i owned i sold some 4 years ago and this is now all done in my free time for the love of it,but hopefully i will/might find some premises sometime in the new year???

This is only open to Mk 1,Mk 2,Mk 2.5,also only owners within the UK,be it a club member or not,and will run for 2 weeks from the day and time of this post.

Anyone who as used me can not go in for this daft competition because you all get a spot on job done  anyway, plus you might know my secret that NASA want???it is also not open to friends and family…sorry i’m getting carried away with myself and going to deep???

This is just for a bit of a laugh…but i will honour my word, so good luckThumbs up.
