Never been on a track day…
My post has already been affected by what I think is actually an algorithmic word.phrase sensing BOT. I presume it to be so as there is nothing with a pulse has done anything with it.
Probably wise just to leave it there folks otherwise we’ll end up with a little boys’ " I can pee higher’n yooz"

Absolutely awesome they got arrested. Jesus christ. You’d almost pity the f**** for not having the sense to realise this is extremely dangerous, to others, stupid, egoistic etc.
In the first part I was thinking, well at least there’s noone else on the road. O wait…f****** a*******. Passing OTHER drivers with 200mph, with ONE hand on the steering wheel and with a SMARTPHONE in the other. Damn how stupid can you be.
I’ve done stuff on the road and on track. But noone else was near when I did it. And not as crazy as this.

And yet, move the location 600 miles to the East and it all becomes perfectly legal and reasonable!
I missed the bit where the Dutch driver was trying to get that speedo shot at 300+kph with a wobbly handheld phone. So not the same.Not sure even in Germany it’s always seen as “reasonable”.

Currently, “unless otherwise marked” no restrictions apply on German Autobahns.
Until the laws change in Germany (if they do) that’s how it is.
