Water in cabin fuse box

My dashcam recently stopped getting power. It turns on very briefly but turns off straight away showing an empty battery icon. I’ve checked the tap fuse but when I went to remove it got a few drips of water out. Not noticed any problems with anything else.

3. I’m looking for technical help or recommendations on: Where would the water likely be getting in? Is there a good way to dry it out to prevent further issues? Generally how screwed am I?

Is this below the bulkhead scuttle grommets? Worth resealing them anyway if you haven’t already done it.

As above sounds highly likely to be the scuttle grommets which is a straightforward fix, obviously you’ll need to dry out what’s already come through, ideally need the car under cover/indoors for that.
