Hi Ian, thanks for coming back to me!
I was trying to introduce myself and put some pictures up of my car.
I’ve tried on a windows computer at work and my Mac at home, windows and safari, but no joy
Where are you trying to post? You have managed to post here ok.
I take it you do have the ‘+ New Topic’ button at the top of any category page?
What happens when you hit that and are there any messages displayed?
I would expect it to open up an editor like so:
If you could screenshot/describe what you are/aren’t seeing that would be great 
Hi Ian, sorry for the delay in coming back to you i’m lucky if i see 10pm these days lol.
when i hover over the new topic icon it gives me a stop symbol and doesnt allow me to press it.
i am not the best with technology and im at work currently, but when i get home i will try and send over a screen shot for you.

its trying to create a new topic rather than reply, they seem to be working ok lol
Generally you can’t create a topic if you’re trying to do so in a header area instead of a sub forum.
Check it’s not that.
