What have you done to your MX-5 today? (Part 1)

Good idea with the internal sensor, I’ll get a battery minder, cheers!

I realised I hadn’t so went out and took some. Will add some daylight versions tomorrow.

Those repeaters look good with your black wheels!

If you had some tyre black on your tyres your wheels would look REALLY good! (See image below)

Hi Darren, had a quick look at the door bushings but couldn’t see the custom print option? How did you get the reg number sorted, if you don’t mind me asking?
Barrie

Hi Barrie,
On the main page I opted for the red ones and on that page there’s a box to tick which opens up a text box to insert your text.
If you’re struggling, their email address is sales@justsenditdesigns.co.uk Dave there is very quick to reply.

Darren.

I think I will go for the smoked ones. That looks nice, the contrast with the wheels and the mirrors is something I want to go for on my own car. Thanks for the photos

I found since I put these on and the white ones are gone the car looks meaner.

I’ve just brushed all the snow off in preparation for doing the A/C removal over the weekend if it would only heat up a bit above freezing!

I have just fitted Roadies excellent sequential led rear indicator kit, very easy and didn’t take that long, I tried to add a video but it won’t allow me too, but I suppose that’s good thing as the car is filthy and covered in salt but it is my everyday car and it’s about Nine Below Zero (little plug for one of my favourite blues bands there) here in Essex and my tap has frozen, but I promise to try and do it tomorrow

Discovered, scraped back and treated a patch of rust creeping out from behind one of the number plate lights.
I did something similar in the Spring/Summer and thought it was sorted. This is a new patch.
I suggest you all check this area out as it’s clearly even more prone to rust than I realised.
To pop a number plate light out, just tug outwards on the left end and slide the right end leftwards.

If that’s rust around the number plate lights on a Mk3 it’s not rust as it’s an aluminium panel… I think. Normal for the model sir as Arthur Daley would say.

Think they own a PRHT which I believe to be a steel lid
