Poor pheasant
I decided to have a walk around my MX and did a double take when I saw this fly that was actually in the sealed light housing.
Bleached by years of sunlight!
So my next job is…
This is the first time I have posted pictures of the girl but having spent a good few hours giving her a clean and polish in preparation for our long “Covid” delayed retirement grand tour through Spain I thought why not.
Hope to be able to take some great pictures on the tour and Will share them here.
So my next job is……let me guess…you’re going to go fly-fishing!!!
I think you’re right.
I did try wire fishing with blue tack on the end of it, pushed through the indicator bulb housing, but the gap where it’s sunning itself, is too tight.
Light removal tomorrow… As I have nothing else better to do!
Looks beautiful. Lovely colour too.
We are doing Spain/Portugal in July. Trouble is keeping it clean whilst away.
Thanks. I am going to be squeeze some Mequiars waterless wash wax and a couple of micro fibre cloths in the boot just to keep her in good shape during the trip
Good luck getting at it. My earlier NC1 had tiny bugs in the rear lights, no way of getting at them apart from drilling a small hole in the base to suck them out.
If it got in, then I’ll get it out.
It should come out through the indicator hole when I strip it down👍
Big treat for Buttercup.
Filled her up… £72
Yikes! Please tell me that was super…
Get a friendly spider to do the job
Knowing my luck, it would set up home and start a family🤣
Washed it.
Booked it in for an MOT.
Passed MOT after some headlight levelling (expected as I had swapped out the headlights for Niseko ones last year)
Yes it was…
