Here we have quite a unique drink. It’s a distilled beer, Broadside to be precise, hence the name.

Just had an Abbot with a meal - no pic sorry. Lovely pint and reminded me that it was the first pint I ever had in a pub - a scary number of years ago.

Tried it last week and it doesn’t exactly taste like the full fat version - however it is a lot better than many 0.0% and looks and feels proper ( and grown up!!! - not a sticky alkopop!)

Our Lab (sadly no longer with us) retrieved this from the waters of Bala Lake in N. Wales a few years ago - still had a head to it when poured!!!
She was a good girl!!!

Fascinated to hear how the ‘zero Rouge’ tastes! 
The (with alcohol, 8%) Kasteel Rouge is one of my old favourites, so I’ll gladly report back on the alcohol-free version.
Reminds me I must also find some Petrus Aged Red, which is fairly similar.
Currently enjoying a pint of Timothy Taylor’s Landlord, consistently one of the best pints in the UK.
