What is your favourite beer?

Here we have quite a unique drink. It’s a distilled beer, Broadside to be precise, hence the name.

Got a real kick!

Just had an Abbot with a meal - no pic sorry. Lovely pint and reminded me that it was the first pint I ever had in a pub - a scary number of years ago.

2006 Vintage Ale! A very good year! Jaipur too, very good!

Christmas is coming!

Excellent!

Impressive!

Had a half of draught Barsham Eastern Gold Ale today :face_savoring_food: (driving!!)

NECTAR!!:face_savoring_food: :face_savoring_food: :face_savoring_food: :face_savoring_food: :+1:

Only tried the Piledriver, but if you’re into a bit of Status Quo and Iron Maiden, then maybe try these.

Guinness Zero. Actually tastes close to the real stuff and I can drive after .

Tried it last week and it doesn’t exactly taste like the full fat version - however it is a lot better than many 0.0% and looks and feels proper ( and grown up!!! - not a sticky alkopop!):+1: :smiling_face_with_sunglasses:

“what is your favourite beer?” - One I haven’t paid for!
Our Lab (sadly no longer with us) retrieved this from the waters of Bala Lake in N. Wales a few years ago - still had a head to it when poured!!!
She was a good girl!!!:paw_prints: :paw_prints:

Continuing my “do I have to choose just one?” theme. Today’s selection for pre-Christmas. Also includes a couple of 0.0% Kasteel Rouge for when I’m on driving duties!

Fascinated to hear how the ‘zero Rouge’ tastes! :crossed_fingers:

The (with alcohol, 8%) Kasteel Rouge is one of my old favourites, so I’ll gladly report back on the alcohol-free version.

Reminds me I must also find some Petrus Aged Red, which is fairly similar.

Currently enjoying a pint of Timothy Taylor’s Landlord, consistently one of the best pints in the UK.
