MX-5 = Fun
I have been practicing lifting a rear wheel up, at a local roundabout.
I am cheating a bit, as said roundabout is located on a slope, but it gives me a feel for the car’s playfulness.
Obviously it was on route
Nardi looks in good nick.
£150 plus all day these.
Went out hopefully to get some pics - but with the sky being a similar colour to the car, it didn’t happen
But the drive was good as always…!
Looks a great road for using some right foot
Dukes Pass from Aberfoyle to Kilmahog Woodie.
Perfect ( cough) test route.

Not much room for error !
Good Samaritan!
TBH, it’s fine like any other twisty route provided you don’t allow expectations of your skills to overtake reality!.
If you choose to press on, and I have over many years when I know to pick my days & times, it’s a ruddy good Italian Tune Up for every component. Including my eyeballs.
Like any other road, it does attract clowns. Seen a couple of major offs at most though…not so bad.
Scenic run to Aldi…
I had to go back again later because some chicken I bought was 3 days past it’s “use by” date…! Driving anything other than an MX-5 and this would have been a drag…!
Just the joyous daily commute to my lovely nightshift, I’m afraid. Least I’ve had some decent tunes, though
Have a good one!
Drove it to Blink Motorsport last night (they kept it inside overnight - hopefully!) to have the alignment done as it was not done by the dealer when they fitted the “factory” sports suspension. Will pick it up later and keen to see if there is any difference and if it actually needed doing.
Had to come to work in my wifes car - missed my MX5!!!
Looks a lovely colour in the sunshine
Any excuse now since having the suspension, brakes and tyres done.
Car has been transformed. Love the heater the most though
Looks great
Been out to the surgery and came home the long way round along the back roads, in the sunshine, with the top down. Magic!
Took a fifteen minute drive, in the sun, instead of a five minute walk, partly because I needed to carry some tools to help a neighbour fix some electric gates.
It took another fifteen minute drive to reach home again, in the sun.
It might loosely be described as essential motor neuron therapy, being out in the sunshine…
