Which brand of oil for 2.0 NC?

I know what spec oil to get but was wondering what brand and type you use. Way back when I had my Type R I liked Fuchs Titan Race Pro as it lubricated well but kept oil usage to a minimum. However, these days it will be around 70 to 80 quid delivered which is a bit too expensive for my liking. So I was wondering what you guys use and what your experience with it is. Couldn’t really find much on that part of the oil question

Continuing the discussion from Which brand oil for 2.0 NC?:

I used Duckhams 20/50 in my 998cc Rally Imp during the 60/70’s; if I remember
correctly it was either Duckhams or Castrol GTX back then.
Only yesterday I saw a small delivery van in Duckhams livery in a nearby village.
I will try suitable grades of Duckhams for the next oil changes, pure nostalgia!
I use Castrol Edge 5/30 in the Mk3.75 Recaro Sport.
I use Millers 5/40 in the 94 Eunos S Special. I am trying the 5/40 this winter
instead of the usual 10/40 to aid cold weather starting & oil circulation.
(The Eunos has a 35K mile MK2.5 VVT engine fitted)
