Replaced the driver’s side bright, white led sidelight which was becoming rather flakey.
Removing the nut holding the air con pipe bracket to the body and moving it slightly, made it much easier to get my hand in there.
Ah looks like a floating key ring ?
Handy if one were to drop into a wet passenger foot well

As I needed to remove the front bumper to dechrome the grille & fog light surrounds took the opportunity to restore the cloudy light unit’s.which also made changing the bulbs to brighter main &dip beam,along with LED front fogs& indicator bulbs a damn site easier.
Also swapped the pathetic std horns for a twin tone set I got from a salvaged focus and removed the arch liner’s to spray on some underseal.Although I have to say they were imculate underneath.

Good work! About to do the same regarding the grills and fog lamp covers, but can’t source the right hand side online, have the grille and left hand side. Where did you get yours?
Also, which bulbs did you buy? I want to do this too.

Bought the fog light surrounds from eBay,genuine Mazda parts,not cheap at £70.
As for the led amber indicator bulbs, they are from Autoled 
the led fog lights and main headlight bulbs we’re from Auto bulb’s direct (ABD)

Thanks very much for that. I’ll definitely do the headlights, but rarely use fog lights so won’t bother. Did you upgrade the sidelight bulbs?
Yes, I did this a while ago as they were the Only bulb’s I could access without all the drama!
