Gallos the 8-foot-tall bronze sculptured by the sculptor Rubin Eynon, stands on the cliffs of Tintagel, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean . The “Gallos” is Cornish for “power” – and represents all the leaders that built and lived on the site, with reference to the
legend of King Arthur.

Christ, that brings back some memories… some point in the late 80’s It took us from Swanage to the Isle of Wight, and back as far as Bournemouth as the sea was so rough they were worried it would break the boat, people were various shades of green, and we had to finish the trip on a bus. I think I had blotted it from my memory… so thanks for posting that up it made me smile and happy it’s still going.
Visited the three lochs drive in Scotland yesterday with a friend of mine. Beautiful drive with some great walking paths and to top it all off some wild swimming in the lochs. Here’s a few of the pics I snapped.
I love travelling around seeing where my MX-5 will take me. Look forward to seeing more in here and taking inspiration for future journeys.
