Well roadie doesn’t have much to do so he can do security, we will get one of those ear pieces with the little curly leads to make him look important. Do you think it might have been Devine intervention that spirited away your Laney, to save the ears of the crowd?

I agree with designating Roadie for Gig Security…he has plenty of time on his hands in between the few jobs we have given him…the earpiece will make him feel important…good idea Wrinkly.
Look Guys, we’re getting ahead of ourselves - fantastic line up of guitars and amps - I can throw in my Peavey, works well with my keyboards (anyone got a moog synth or a hammond I can borrow - love authenticity!)
Back to the plot! Have we got our line up and sets sorted yet? Do we have a drummer, backing group, horns section etc?

Also I reckon we owe Roadie for protecting our assets! He really does need a full road crew to do the heavy stuff - I can lend him my 1 ton hand pump fork lift!

Well it took a female to sort it all out and show some common sense…well done Elaine…not just our Musical Director but arbiter of common sense.
Ok guys…we need to put our names forward on what instrument we are playing and get some kind of structure going…I mean we have the first O2 gig in a three weeks…get the set list together…we don’t need to rehearse cos we are all fantastic musicians…but we do need to know what songs we are going to be playing!
Come on guys…show some gumption…we can’t leave it all to Roadie…though I would like to.
He can handle it…he’s made of stout stuff…he does drive a Five after all…

Re The first set - what shall we start with?
Do we need some encores? 
I can play the bass line for Under Pressure, so I’m sorted. We need to hit the audience with a rocker for the first number and I would think at least two encores

Love Roger Colemans playing and his Les Paul always gets the right notes and tones…need to work on mine a bit…

Bl**dy disgusting how the guitar companies supply instruments that always hit the right notes to artists that have already made it. Everyone else that needs a break get the ones with all the b*m notes.

He must have heard (don’t mention that word in front of him) that you had been looking at the guitars and knew that you were a roadie for a top blues/rock band. In the photo he is playing a resonator guitar, I wonder if it’s a National? It looks like has just rushed away from do some decorating by the state of his jacket.
