Where have you been in your MX-5 today?

Went for a short blast up the A696 north of Newcastle in slight drizzle so had the PRHT down. Ran into a deluge and found out that 12 seconds can be a hell of a long time, especially if you press the wrong button.

Sunshine in Sunny East Anglia! Top down in the ND, and went to meet up a new date - who turns up in a black and silver Miata based Fiat 124 Spider! - also top down!
Interesting to compare the two side by side.
Where do we go from here…

Was on a fantastic run around The Mournes today with the Northern Ireland club. Fish and chips were had at award winning ‘The Galley’ chip shop in Annalong then homemade ice cream from ‘Brennans’

famous ice cream shop on way home.

Continuing my ‘All Our Yesterdays’ tour, we visited Fiddleford Mill in deepest Dorset yesterday. I lived in a cottage in Fiddleford in 1972 when I moved down from London aged 21.

The Precious was the only car in the car park and we had the mill pond entirely to ourselves and a herd of sheep. Perfect top-down weather again and a lovely run out from Bournemouth where I now live.

Super pictures showing some amazing novel solutions to the supercharger and turbo improvements!

And that very stylish ND boot-rack, do the edges unfold to become a secure bag recess?
